Very therapeutic. The apparatus squeezes tightly to massage thighs, legs, and feet. I have been using mine for over a year now. It helps me relax tight muscles. A reminder to be gentle with the air tubes while putting on and taking off the apparatus so as not to accidentally disconnect the tubes. When one of the tubes did come unplugged, I was able to simply plug it back in and have it work like new. If you have limited mobility or flexibily, however, it may require the help of someone to get the apparatus on. I would purchase this item again.
