Purchased from other sellers and Used this lots of times before it’s a really good product smells lovely and makes your hair manageable and soft. Although it took 3 products for me to finally get this as the other 2 products got lost somehow in the post.

When a conditioner is as expensive as this one is, it feels sort of appropriate that it’s difficult to squeeze it out of the bottle, as though it’s trying to help you get value out of it by giving you less product. Unfortunately, that backfires, because I found I need a decent quantity of this conditioner to give my hair a full covering and feel like it had really been treated all over. I have quite big hair at the moment, and this conditioner doesn’t spread or lather very much at all- so unfortunately 250ml isn’t going to last me very long. People with short and pencil-straight hairstyles won’t have the same problem. The creaminess of the conditioner feels quite indulgent, but it’s not accompanied by much of a scent. The relatively fragrance-free smell and very ordinary bright white colour make it feel really quite ‘un-special’, and once out of the bottle, it’s quite difficult to tell it apart from a bunch of other products. As a colour treatment, it seems to have a very straightforward approach- the cream is a glossy bright white and it does feel like some of the glossiness and shine gets transferred across to my hair- but without giving it a greasy or oily look, which is more commonly what I’ll get if a conditioner offers ‘sheen’. It seems quite nicely balanced and well suited to keeping existing colour dye looking a bit shiny and therefore vibrant, but obviously it can’t reverse time. At the current asking price of seventeen quid for a 250ml bottle, and considering how much I’ve found I need to use in a single wash, it represents terrible value. I’m not actually displeased with the results, but it’s very difficult to support a product where you’re paying so much just for the brand, and other brands cna offer something as good for less. Three stars does seem a little harsh, but four would have been too generous, and if three-and-a-half had been an option, I’d have picked it. Also, this is a slightly petty whinge, but when a 250ml bottle costs over seventeen quid, surely it wouldn’t have been too much trouble to use the UK spelling of “colour” for the UK market, instead of “color”? One of my little gripes, not something I’m going to knock any stars off for, but still…
