I was disappointed by the size etc

I was looking for a fleur de lis to decorate my fireplace wall. I ordered this thinking it was 3 or 5 inches, especially paying shipment. The piece arrived in a tiny bag. In it was a very small piece. Made of cheap plastic. It didn't have a hangar or anything on the back. Trust me it doesn't look like the picture. Looks like it came from the dollar store. Next time I will be more careful with what I purchase.
