Infinit Nutrition :Nocturne-Muscle Repair and Rebuild Overnight with Protein Blend and BCAA’s

I really like the Infinit products. I use quite a few of the drink mixes and enjoy not having GI issues. This mix is also quite tasty in a glass of chocolate milk at night. I find it works fairly well in helping me rest and recover from hard work outs. I've tried it in oatmilk to reduce the calories before bed and the taste is just ok. Thankfully it's not too lumpy in less than the suggested 8-10oz of liquid so I use less and drink it in almost one shot. Will definitely keep using.

Great product especially for long run or cycle days or hard brick sessions where the legs just twitch at night and you can't get to sleep. This helps to settle the legs at night, eases the body so you can sleep and legs feel amazingly better in the a.m. Doesn't knock you out like a sleeping pill just lets your body chill out so you can fall asleep. It is having a positive impact on my performance.

Good addition to add to your recovery regime

This product works perfectly I feel way less sore in the morning after a hard work out. I started out using it with chocolate milk for added calories and flavor. But it tastes just as chocolatey with regular milk. The tryptophan does a good job of helping you fall asleep.

This taste good and seems to helps me get good sleep!

No stomach issues. Helped with sleep. Seemed to wake up more refreshed. Not bad for a 71 year old male training for a 250 mile ride over 5 days.

I love this stuff. I don’t use it everyday but I use it the evening before a big ride or between two big rides for recovery. I started using Infinit products 3-4 years ago. They haven’t failed me yet!

I love this stuff. I always get a good nights sleep when I drink this before bed and notice a difference in my recovery. While it’s not going to alleviate all your soreness, paired with a good recovery regimen it does the trick for me.
