Firstly, before you buy from any competitors, especially third-party press, assured this company is golden. I bought these walking poles along with other brands to try to help my stepmother. She has Parkinson’s and cardio is supposed to be an excellent exercise. Unfortunately, she does not have the coordination for these so they had to get returned, but I want to share how incredibly good my experience was with this seller. Third-party sellers on Amazon are usually a little bit more complicated to deal with and then be will not be helpful. Lauren, the president dealt with me directly and she couldn’t be more kind and understanding when I had to return the poles beyond the allowed return date.She was so kind and even thanked me for trying them. These are great walking poles for anybody who walks not just seniors or anybody with a disability they have a great grip that holds your hand much more comfortably if you hike for a long time. It is a great product, but unfortunately, my stepmom couldn’t coordinate with them. For any active, senior or young person this is a great product! Above all my experience with a return was one of the most pleasant ones. If you’re going to buy walking poles like these I would definitely buy it from this company. You vote with your dollars and I vote for a company that has compassion and is run by good people who put health and humanity above profit.

I really like these. I use them with my treadmill, just keep the rubber feet in one place and move my arms back and forth. i have balance issues so it really helps keeps my legs from getting exhausted and also works out my arms since they do a bit to support my weight. It's easy to adjust the height and holds really well.

Customer service from this company is exceptional, and the product is very high quality. However, the grip is just too small for my "chunky" fingers and hand, so I am returning. If York Nordic were to modify this grip slightly to make it more accommodating, I would definitely buy them again.

This product is well made and comfortable to use. I am using it for rehab from knee surgery and balance issues. It was recommended by my physical therapist. Very easy to adjust the height and has a storage bag for the walking sticks and the extra pieces that come with it. Great product!

The item was not the right fit for my hands. This item is of excellent quality and strength and ease in adjustment and may be right for some, but it is molded in such a way that it was uncomfortable and the thumb did not fit the mold. I ordered the Urban Poling Activator and it was a great fit for both me and my husband and will be ordering him one too. Fortunately, returns are fairly easy with Amazon.

These poles are well made! Not heavy, stabilizes my walking, love the the bottom of the hand grips with a place to rest the sides of my hands that runs along the pinkie finger.
