Genuine Leather Dog Muzzle for American Bully, Bully XL and other similar snout (Natural Leather, AB1)

The media could not be loaded. Positives first as i genuinely believe this is an amazing product.●It came in basic packaging and was not excessive which was good.●My dog wears it even if unamused by that fact but compared to the hard plastic muzzles he genuinely has learned to accept it compared to other muzzles.●The fit is amazing around his mouth. ●The colour is much nicer than others we have had especially because it's closer to the colour of our dog.● There is a plastic clip for ease of getting it on/off so you don't have to fiddle with the metal that goes through the holes to securely fit the muzzle to his face.●He never managed to take it off at the start even when he used to try so it is strong.● feels lovely to the touch● is more comfortable for him● Doesn't obstructive his vision as much as other types of muzzles.Negatives but in no way deal breakers.We had to cut some of the front pieces off because trying to train our dog in such a short time meant he needed to be able to get treats through it. This hasn't made it any less functional at all.Negative two is that we ( the owners) are not that smart and had no idea how to care for leather and have caused some " darkening" which after a google search is because moisturise when we have had to clean it. We used water and in no way dried it. I would look into ways to care for leather first. The darkening hasn't effected use just the look of it from mainly the inside.The last Negative also isn't a negative as it was easily solved but my dog doesn't have a wide a neck as he isn't truly a XL bully ( but meets governments criteria hence buying muzzles) so the premade holes didn't go small enough but we managed to adapt it fairly quickly ourselves.this came delivered by royal mail ( definitely not a deal breaker but i couldn't track it like amazon and took a little longer to get here)I would still 100% buy this muzzle again, i think i will buy multiple just incase any accidents happen as he is legally required to wear it.

I’ve had this muzzle for almost a year now for our XL bully and it’s been brilliant. He took to it really well. It’s softened nicely too. Easy to wash. Just ordered another one now incase a spare is needed.

Really good muzzle! My xl bully got used to it very quickly compare to other muzzles made out of different materials like the Baskerville or metal ones. I’m not knocking them off but I just found this one to fit very nicely, he has lots of room to pant and the leather is very flexible. I also found another review that they advised to cut the bottom 2 straps so its easier to give treats which I did and it worked out great! I also went a little further and cut the straps above the nose as he was struggling to have a good sniff and it really frustrated him (see photo). All in all a very good muzzle, only used a handful of time so unsure yet about durability but so far it has been the best one yet 😊

This is a great soft leather muzzle for XL's, plenty of pant room and nice and wide to not constrict slobbery jowls. Comfy for dog if he bumps into anything hard (like in the car bumping window/seats) as it doesn't impact under eyes being soft. BUT... there is a little negative. As everyone who owns a slobbery XL knows, slobber and drool from jowls is megga! The metal rivets on this muzzle are unfortunately not drool proof and have rusted this much in a month when it hasn't been worn that much (the other half prefers to put the Baskerville Ultra on for walks). Aside from that it's a great comfortable muzzle.

Fits my American Bulldog nicely although I don't like Muzzle's. This isn't ugly like some are. She copes quite well wearing it. Well made and put together. Also available in different colours. I like this light tan colour.

Too small not true to size expensive and flimsy

Fourth attempt to find a muzzle that fits correctly and comfortably for my six month old little boy who is XL Bully type. This one fits perfectly!

We had got our dog the metal cage muzzle but he kept trying to get it off and was cutting himself with his nails, so we ordered him this one and he hasn't once tried to get it off I think it's because it softer and lighter, excellent value for money, I did do what someone else did and cut a piece out so he could get his treats easier but so far we are ver happy we got the size 3 for our xl bully type dog
