This incontinent underwear is top-of-the-line for senior citizens. It works. No leaks, no odor, and the price is right. The wrong size was delivered to me. That was the only problem. Baby diaper sizes should be on the list because the papers never worked - they need the rubber underwear over the papers.

Tried several different kinds and pairs on my 84 year old grandma and this one was the only one she wanted more of it works perfect to keep her from leaking from her diapers do not dry it, hang dry only and wash in cold but so far so good

Wearing i continence products can be embarrassing ,but these waterproof pants give me confidence . I wear them over panties with pads at home . I wear them over disposable underwear when I go out . The are silent and the material is soft and pretty .

They are an odd fit, no identifiable front/back, so they fit strange. They should work for the use intended.

Very good quality. Good fit. However, the size is slightly smaller than expected. But it still fits.

They do the job well and the material is comfy and low noise. I bought the small and it worked for my pullups I used but I did need another one for bigger diapers options and they both are my go to for pull on cover pants. One of them did have the stitching come loose but I'm sure it was just an off chance. The price makes it worth it if you have to get new ones anyways.

Not really waterproof and poorly made, thread comes out in no time. Waist threading poor.
