Battery is dead 136days after I ordered it. I the description it has "Reliable Brand: MPF Products is a registered trademark, providing quality replacement batteries with a 1-year warranty." How can I get a replacement within the 1year

Factory replacement

This vacuum operates 4 times a week for an hour each time. The battery now is not charging and it says that it's at 1% . I expected better quality from this battery. The last battery I purchased from Neato lasted much longer than this.

My Neato vacuum had been slowing down and losing some suction speed. Replaced the battery and it can clean more on a full charge and picks up way more debris than before.

Purchased 2 of these batteries and though they worked for a time they stopped taking a charge within two months. Do yourself a favor and avoid this battery for your Neato vacuums. Absolute waste of money.

My battery stopped charging after 6 months. I called and they are shipping me a replacement. I hope this one last at least a year since it has a 1 year warranty. I would shop around for one with a better track record for holding a charge. Pay a little more. You get what you pay for. A long as you have your Amazon order number the warranty process was great. I did have to look up the company since Amazon didn't help much with the warranty process.

I have to return this product. It did not even charge does not work.

This battery is a POS, it didn't even last 6 months. Do not buy it it's a waste of money!
