This heating pad is great. I’ve only had it for one day but the size of it is outstanding. Covers so much of your body wherever you need it. It heats up very quickly and has a range of temps you can customize to. I like the timer so I know it will turn off on its own. The color is great. And it’s very soft

I love this heating pad! The easy to read and use controls make it easy to choose how hot I want it, and how long I want it to stay on. The heat remains constant the entire time it's on, as well. I like how flexible and soft it is, and how lightweight it is - I don't feel like I have something weighing me down. The cord is surprisingly long and seems very sturdy. The price was very reasonable, particularly given how big it is.

Love it so much we have 3 in our home now. I like the variety of colors available as well as the multiple settings and timer. Also like that it’s bigger than your standard heating pad but not to big.

Very nice and long heating pad. Works well and does get hot. Loving it. I'm cold 24 hours a day so my only complaint is that the timer only goes for an hour and a half. I would love it if it would just stay on. Other than that, it's Perfect.

I Googled heating pads & Consumer Reports. I couldn’t afford the one recommended by Consumer Reports so went to Amazon and looked for the most similar and affordable heating pad. The CooCoCo 17”x33” large heating pad came up. Went through their displays, video, product description/details & customer reviews. Looked at a few related items but preferred what the CooCoCo large heating pad offered. The controller with multiple temperature & timer settings. automatic shut off, that it’s machine washable, the heating technology, and the soft fabric. My chiropractor recommended that I use a heating pad before going to bed every night on my neck and lumbar to relax tight muscles and calm the nervous system down. Looked like the right heating pad option for me. Had trouble the timer control but let it go as my chiropractor had recommended 15-20 minutes usage so I set a timer on my cellphone.

Love the size and it is easy to unhook and wash. Customer service is excellent and gave an extended warranty free! The heat levels and time duration is perfect! Helps greatly with pain relief!

This was my second one of these I bought. The first one stopped heating one day before the Return window and it said I needed its Original packaging to return it. I had just tossed out the manufacturer’s box two days before and wrote the seller to ask if I could still return it and heard nothing at all back from them. Amazon even contacted me to see if I had heard from the seller and I said No. But like a dummy, I thought I may have just gotten a lemon and maybe the Seller just did not get my Question. So I ordered another one because when the first one worked it was nice. Good heat, very large, easy to use. But….. I received the new one and right out the box it was dead. I followed all the directions that the Help Tips gave and it still was just a heating pad that was broken. DOA. I did Return that one and I got my refund in hours from Amazon. Please don’t waste your money on this. Bad communication from seller and the product is just not reliable. UPDATE: The Seller reached out to me and I have since gotten a refund. So I would like to say that what I wrote about the Seller was not exactly correct. It did take a bit of time, but I’m satisfied I got my money back. However, I can not recommend this item because both I got either died quickly or was DOA.

Love how big this heating pad is. It heats evenly and is very soft to the touch. You can set the timer for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. I have had it for 3 weeks now and have not had any issues with it. I hope it remains durable and lasts me for several years.

I like that there are 6 different heat settings. I often find the lowest setting on other heating pads still too hot for me. But level 2 and 3 on this heating pad is perfect. The cord is nice and long, and you can also change the length of auto shut off timing. The only thing I don't like is where the cable attaches to/removes from the heating pad - it's thick and bulky, so if I'm leaning against that part, it's uncomfortable. If they made it thinner I would give five stars!

It’s a nice size and heats well but it’s flimsy and thin and the wires inside bend. I can’t imagine it will last long. Disappointed considering the price.

This thing sucks it gives off absolutely no heat. Don’t waste your money. What’s worse is if you try to use the dragonfly to have them come pick up the package you just wasting your time. They never show up attempted four times I’ve now given up. I’m just gonna bring it back to Staples myself.
