A great purchase! My phone broke,the screen went out. I purchased this phone as the replacement.Great phone overall, the battery life is amazing. CThe phone can go 2 days without recharging. The camera is also pretty good as well. Pictures come out in good quality.I definitely recommend this phone,you shouldn't be disappointed.

Much faster than my old Samsung GS3 yet, I have to hang on to the old phone because the new Moto E4 won't pair to my blutooth soundbar.

I went from a 3G dinosaur to this.....the phone works great now that I've ironed out the data usage and synch issues ....I like it and am now glad I have it....took me a few weeks of help from Amazon and my carrier Virgin Mobile. Virgin Mobile resolved my data issues and told me how to synch my phone. Takes great pics. Nice size - not too big or too small. My phone case fits well and protects it. Holds a charge for a good long time. When I received it, it was all ready to be activated by my carrier....no problems with that.

Battery life is great The features don't support functions to help in every day life needs Over all its an ok little phone if you just need a phone to text, make short calls, check email and take pics

I bought this phone to replace my old moto e4. However I CANNOT ACTIVATE THIS PHONE. After contacting Virgin Mobile customer service they informed me the serial number was never scanned in-store which is required for activation. After doing some research I've seen a lot of complaints that orders for prepaid phones made online fromplaces like walmart were never scanned rendering the phones useless once they show up at your door. Virgin mobile said they'll make a case for me and to check back in 48 hrs to see if I can activate the phone and actually use it... Fingers crossed lol

So, I bought this for my husband. Apparently he needed it to be scanned before sending the phone to us. Now we would have to call for Virgin Mobile and show proof of purchase. =/
