How do you you use Dr. Davis’s name when he is specifically recommending the strain ATCC PTA 6475. The L-Reuteri strain you sell is SD- 5865?

Since this product has to remain refrigerated how is it shipped to maintain proper temperature?

Mine was shipped in a padded envelope, no ice pack. I was watching for it so it didn't sit in a hot mailbox all day. I have cultured it and it was highly active and did fine.

Can I use this product to make kifer?

Cutting Edge Cultures makes two products specifically for kefir. The Easy Kefir Starter, and the Kefir Soda Starter are both available from The Raw Diet Health Shop. They are stored in a refrigerator to keep cool. Amazon does not store these in the refrigerator.

The prebiotic fiber is food for the L. Reuteri bacteria. To get the most healthy fermented dairy, it’s important to provide the inulin fiber. I don’t make L Reuteri
