Beautiful product. Wanted to add a happy review even though we returned because it would have dominated a bit too much between the sink and mirror in our older bathroom vanity but the product itself is gorgeous!

The faucet functions as I hoped and makes a nice presentation. It is larger than I expected (wide trough) and mine is actually a little noisy when operating. Neither is much of an issue as I installed it in a guest bath and I don't anticipate it being used that much. When connecting the hoses to the faucet itself, I hand tightened as much as I could. There wasn't much room for any kind of tool and I was a little worried about leaks, but it was fine. The securing screw mechanism worked much better than I expected. The supply hoses aren't the sturdiest and you should be careful when connecting to the water source so they don't kink. I had to buy coupler's to attach the hoses to my valves. The instructions said the hose connectors were 9/16 but worked fine with the 3/8 side of my couplers. I did use the provided thread tape generously. I came across a video demonstrating other waterfall faucets that were not angled from back to front had problems with "pooling" when the water was shut off. This one is angled. No issues. And this manufacturer does not require batteries for the LEDs to power. A big plus. The water comes out with plenty of flow, the LEDs work as expected and installation was simple. It is packaged nicely, and the white gloves were a nice touch to have available. For a bathroom faucet that probably won't get used that much, I'm happy with my purchase. I'm looking forward to reactions when I have people over who use it.

I have had these faucets installed for a year now and they are pretty bad. I have 2 installed in the master bathroom. To start, they were easy enough to install and had some decent hardware for easy install of the drain, however it ends there. The drain is a bit oversized for most sinks that are not new or fairly new homes. The flange sticks up a bit and water doesn't drain properly and gets stuck. 1 of the faucets started leaking about 6 to 8 months in. It's leaking from somewhere within the handle mechanism. The faucets use a cheap paint and have started to flake after about 8 months. Both the drain and the faucet on both are flaking where water runs over it. Major flaw! Additionally, the drain cover/plug is cheap metal that has started to seize up in the drain and it has strange cavities which in return traps water and grows mold/mildew. I like the looks and the color change is nice and works decently but the quality is terrible. Save your money and buy a good name brand with proper materials and painting/cosmetics.

The media could not be loaded.  Love this new faucet it is a little bit louder than my last one but I like the color that show green for lukewarm red for hot and blue for cold. Very nice. I would recommend to get it.

We like the product, works as stated. It is a bit bulky and big so looks awkward on some sinks. Water flow is strong and not recommended for shallow sinks as the water can spray over edges. Customer support has been 1 star as they forgot a piece on the drain pipe that comes with it and it will leak without it. I ordered two of these and both were missing the crucial piece. I reached out to Amazon customer support which meh, first guy ended chat as soon he answered 1 question, second guy led me to link but link just told me to call Amazon again, third gal led me to the manufacturers website (why doesn’t link on Amazon send me there?) it’s been over 36 hours with no response from manufacturer. Checked my junk mail too. I’ve McGyvered the drain pipe to function properly but the overall purchase/install/customer service experience has been 3 of 5 stars. The actual product is 5 stars. We designed our bathroom around a black matte design. Just a heads up, black shows discoloration very fast. I would have gone with a stainless steel or nickel if I had to do it all over again.

These are extremely awesome. The lights work according to the temperature of the water. Lots of pressure, I had to turn down the valve underneath the faucet, but works amazing.
