LeapFrog Tag Book: Go Diego Go! Underwater Mystery (Works with LeapReader)

The TAG reading system is a really clever system that allows you to press a "pen" onto the page of these special books and have the book read to you. It can either read word by word, the whole page or indeed the whole story depending upon what you choose.This TAG book follows Diego and Alecia on a mission to discover the identity of a "mystery fish". My kids are big Diego fans and, despite being very familiar with this episode of the Diego cartoon, (to which it is very true), they still love reading this story over and over. There are, as usual, lots of lovely extra little noises in to discover in the pictures and the games at the back of the book have kept the boys occupied for hours. This system has proved to be quite educational - my older child quite often uses the pen to read word by word, or gets it to read the whole page and then reads along with it, whereas the little one just loves listening to the story and pressing on the pictures to activate the different sounds.All in all, highly recommended - especially for the younger users of this system!

This tag book works with the current 2015 Leapreader pen. I had read conflicting reports as to whether it would and in the end phoned Customer Support at Leapfrog. Most but not all the Tag books will work with the Leapreader. Really nice book which teaches about different sea creatures, emphasising on sharks as the missing 'Lucy' fish is a Whale Shark. This book speaks with American voices and has not been recorded into the English voices but it's half expected when a main character's called Diego. This shouldn't turn the consumer off though! This is an informative, lively production that is thoroughly entertaining for young minds. I personally think Leapfrog could do with more books like this amongst it's library and less Disney focused efforts which are good but the variety's nice.

This is a very educational book, it teaches about different types of sharks. My three year old loves it.

Again, very much like this product and my 4 year old loves it! Not only do you follow the storey but also has games that encourage co-ordiantion and thinking skills. Obviously my 4 year old cant read yet but it certainly helps him with his letters and the start of recognising/reading words. He is not madley into diego and I cant actually think if he has eveer seen him on TV, however, it doesnt really matter, as the underwater adventure is much more interesting than diego himself1

My 5 year old really enjoys using the tag reader with this book.Good games and he learns without noticing!

Leap frog book sets are very great my children love it. I can just only recommend!

Sorry, bought for grandchild who lives abroad, so can't personally vouch for these books, but son and daughter-in-law have the pen and a few of these books, so can only assume the are great assistance to a child's learning process

My son got this when he was 3 and a half he is obsessed with everything marine and enjoyed both the story and the interesting sea life facts.

Came in good condition, been hours of entertainment so far both guided and alone.

Contenu au top, comme tous les livres Leapfrog que j'ai consulté.Ce qui est ultra top c'est qu'on peut faire cohabiter sur un même stylo des livres en anglais et des livres en français.Idéal pour une première approche de l'anglais ;-)

Comme les autres livres Leapfrog Tag, beaucoup de succès rencontré auprès de notre fils, et activités sympa en fin de livre.A noter que j'ai eu du mal à trouver le fichier audio à télécharger pour ce livre Diego, car il n'apparaissait pas dans la liste des titres disponibles : seuls les titres en français apparaissaient car l'application Leapfrog Connect a été initialement configurée pour des livres FR (dinosaures, mappemonde, ...). J'ai réinstallé l'application en anglais sur un deuxième PC et avec un nouveau compte utilisateur déclaré en UK : tous les livres en anglais apparaissent à présent, et il est possible de charger des livres FR et UK sur le même stylo-lecteur.

Voilà j'ai acheté ce livre en anglais j'ai un stylo leapfrog avec les boutons play pause ect ...Mais voilà mon stylo et en français j'ai donc essayé avec un autre ordinateur de télécharger l'application en UK en connectant mon stylo mais sa ne marche pas !!!Alors quand je lit plus haut dans les commentaire que cc'est possible je me demandé comment ???Même le service apres vente me dit que ce n'ai pas possible avec un stylo donc le contenue a étais télécharger en français de télécharger de l'audio en anglais !!! A moins d'avoir un 2 ème stylo juste avec de l'anglais dedans !!! Donc si quelqu'un a une autres solution je prend avec plaisir merci bien sinon j'aurai acheté ce livre pour rien !!! Dommage il m'a l'air bien

Et oui on peut supposé c génial un livre en anglais pour la collection nous en avons bcp amors 1 en anglais c génial et bien non car impossible d trouver le téléchargemt ds la liste d tt les livres alors merci bien 17€ a la poubelle cool
