It is a tall and comfortable chair with big seat for people like me (6 feet tall and heavy). Cons: wheelbase is of a smaller chair so I am worried about stability and don't want to lean too much backward. Also the swing back lock seems cheap and loose.

I only gave it 4 stars because the shape of the arms does not allow me to fully push the chair in but it’s comfort outweighs this small negative. I will use this as a dining room chair, not an office chair. The picture on the website is a light silver gray. The chair you get is a dark charcoal gray (I had guessed this from looking at a similar chart at another website). Even though darker than I want and a little tall for a dining room chair, I think it looks nice and will work well. I plan on ordering 3 more. It really takes 2 people to put together. One person to hold things together while the second person tries to get the bolt into the bolt hole. We probably spent 30-45 minutes. It was not hard, just had some troubles getting the bolts aligned. One of 4 washers was missing, but I found another similar one in my garage. The seat is very firm. Might not be great for someone wanting an all day office chair.

Initially I would not have given this purchase a 5, but the customer service was very good and has earned a 5 star rating in my opinion. I rarely review anything, but this chair has been a great addition to my office. What was wrong at first? I received a black arm for my grey chair! It did take awhile to get the replacement, but they followed through did made it right. I would buy from this company again!

I purchased the gray leather version and it looks *really good*. Assembled everything in about 10 minutes (super easy). Just a reminder to not tighten down the arms before adding the chair back; it squeezes in tight then feels super-secure when you finish everything up (just follow the instructions). Best thing of all, the chair is very, very comfortable for me. I'm 5'8" and about 180lbs; feels like it was made for me. Feels rather robust and decently constructed. I bought it because of the price but am soooo happy that I did. This is a HUGE UPGRADE over my old office store chair (that was twice the price...on sale). I've only had it a few days now but I do have to spend a lot of time planted into while working. Obviously, much better than the old chair. Surprisingly, much more comfortable than the 'high end' La-Z-Boy 'leather executive' chair that I have in the main office (also a nice chair just 5 times more expensive). My experience, so far, has been very favorable and I don't see any reason for that not to continue.
