This cinnamon oil is of very high quality and is highly concentrated, you dont need to use a lot as its quite strong, also depending on what you are using it for. I use this cinnamon oil and mix it with a carrier oil of my choice for my hair. A word of warning, please dilute with oil if you need to use it on your skin as its potent. This is my second bottle of pure Organic Frankincense oil from India. The company is purely run by women to help Indian women get on in business. Very good price. I use this oil for relieving pain. Within five minutes of applying the Frankincense to the painful area, mixed with a pure oil carrier this relaxes the muscles soothing away aches, strains and heavy pain, it immediately soaks into the skin leaving no oily residue and a pleasant scent. This bottle is a great size that lasts for a very long time as I only need to use a couple of drops to the carrier oil. Will always have a bottle of this by my side. So soothing and relaxing. Highly Recommend.
