Is able to hold a 38inch Dell curve monitor with no issues. i Had some issues with one of the components. Customer service was very helpful and provided clear instructions to troubleshoot the issue i had. The issue unfortunately couldn't be resolved on my end and customer service went the extra mile to send me a new one!

Upgraded my multi monitor setup with Samsung Odyssey G9 49” Ultra Wide. My old Wali mount worked, but the weight capacity was only 17lbs and its long term capability was questionable, to avoid any issues, I found this heavy duty wali mount for $100. Way less $$ than others. Don’t waste your money on anything else. This monitor mount is solid and very nice quality, the tilt adjustment is a heavy duty spring which was exactly needed for larger and heavier monitors. It’s clear Wali did their research and knew what customers would need. I installed in less than 15 minutes, I’m not sure what other reviews mean when they say it’s complicated or too difficult to install. If you can build a simple Lego set and read, you’ll have this installed in moments. Some people say you need 2 people to hang the monitor, not sure again what the issue is. With this mount I hung it alone, it has a nice slide mount with tilt locking, just had to look under the monitor to line it up. I did not adjust any tensioners before hand, you will need to adjust the main arm about 3 - 5 revolutions, and the tilt tensioner will also need to be turned a few times. Just make sure when you mount the monitor, don’t let it go, ease it down onto desk in case. Also make sure your desk is clear of stuff. All in all, glad I didn’t spend a fortune and a $100 investment for a $1k monitor is worth it. Sleek and easy to move around, love it. Thanks Wali.

The gas spring was defective upon arrival and could not operate properly. The mechanical tension spring assembly at the monitor connection point could not be adjusted as intended, and I injured my hand while attempting normal adjustments. Afterward, I noticed that many one-star verified reviews report the same issues, including malfunctioning gas springs and adjustment mechanisms that either lock up or fail unexpectedly. I genuinely wish I had taken these negative reviews more seriously before purchasing. I am not a beginner. I have installed at least five monitor arms from other brands and am very familiar with what normal build quality and proper gas spring behavior should feel like. This product is clearly not within that standard. In addition, the instruction manual contains numerous errors, making installation unnecessarily confusing. Overall, the quality control and mechanical design are a disaster. This product does not belong at this price point or in this category. I purchased this product specifically for its advertised high weight support. I replaced it with an NB (North Bayou) Ergonomic monitor arm, which immediately demonstrated what proper engineering, stability, and quality from an established manufacturer should be. Not recommended.
