I've been taking supermushroom extracts for years, to enhance physical and mental performance and also for general good health and well-being. The eight supermushrooms (Chaga, Reishi, Cordyceps, Coprinus Comatus, Lion's Mane, Maitake, Oyster, Reishi and Shiitake) have amazing adaptogenic effects on the human body - they help the taker to adapt to all types of stress: physical, mental, emotional and environmental. I've been taking Time Health's Mushroom 8 complex for years and have tried several other organic mushroom extracts too. Most have been good. Some have been excellent. This is the first time I've tried a product by Mushrooms4Life. I'm impressed. Here's why. As I've said in many reviews before, there are only three factors that determine the quality of a nutritional supplement: purity, potency and efficacy. Flavour is not a factor. Every unnecessary additive reduces the purity and quality of the end product. Many additives are toxic (even the supposedly "natural" sweetener Stevia or the Stevia-leaf-derived "steviol glycosides" have been shown to disrupt endocrine function... so they too are best avoided). Why mention all that here? Because this supplement from Mushrooms4Life contains no artificial additives of any sort. That's how all supplements should be. Full marks for purity. As for potency, this supplement scores full marks there too. Dual-extraction methods are used to get the maximum amount of beneficial phytonutrients out of the mushrooms. And as for efficacy, the Reishi and Cordyceps extracts are phenomenal, their many health benefits well documented. As added peace of mind, the contents have been 3rd-party lab tested to ensure their purity. The capsules come in an amber glass bottle containing 60 capsules, with the label recommending that 1-2 capsules be taken 1-3 time per day. This means that folk on the upper end of the consumption continuum would be taking 6 capsules per day, and so for them the bottle's supply would last only 10 days. For anyone taking that sort of high daily dose, buying powdered organic mushroom extract in bulk (as opposed to in a 60-capsule / 10-day supply) would be more economical. For people on a lower intake, though, this small bottle is ideal. In terms of quality the supplement can't be faulted. If the manufacturer ever comes up with a multi-supermushroom supplement such as an 8-in-1 complex, I'd be really interested in that.

Great, I really liked using these. They are high quality. They were easy to swallow and I felt I benefited from taking them.

I have always heard about this brand over the years but this is my first supplement to test. Capsules are regular size, easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. It's so good to read all the information clearly labelled on the packaging and bottle regarding the pure-grade extract of these mushrooms and which is certified organic and third-party tested. I can't comment on the benefits of taking this supplement yet but will take 2 capsules a day with food and look forward to noticing health improvements.

I've taken these for a few weeks now. I reckon that you can never have too much healthy mushroom, so was keen to give these a try. I've not noticed any particular health benefits yet, but I'll continue taking them. These look like they are a British-made supplement made with UK-certified organic ingredients. They come in a decent glass bottle.

Good Myco 02 supper blend supplements. these, like others from this brand, are easy to swallow and the dosage is also decent for the given price and purity of the ingredients. look forward to the results.

I’ve ordered a few mushroom supplements from this brand and been very happy so far. The capsules are typical size and easy enough for me to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the lower recommended serving size of 2 daily then they will last you around a month. The price of just over £20 is fairly typical although will be expensive if you opt for a higher daily dosage. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for things like your cognitive health.
