First off it came taped up like someone has returned it. See first picture. Second this thing is BIG and normally that's a plus, right? In this case, no. I ordered the bigger size, yes, but I specifically used the measurements listed to make sure I wanted that size. Turns out I when I opened it up it was actually more like 2-3 inches extra per side so length was basically 24 inches and height was 13inches. Wayyyyy off the description (it was 21.3" for length in the listing and 11.5" height so yea way off). I just needed a good gym bag to hold my shoes, clothes, bathing essentials, towel, etc etc etc. this is just unusable for that for me... because even with everything in it it still had so much room. If you need this for traveling or sports team stuff then this will be a win. Thirdly...I'd like to mention the zippers are iffy at best. The side pockets both got stuck as soon as I opened them. Inside zippers were great but something in the hemming or fabric was preventing the side shoe and other side pocket from closing properly. I had to really make sure it wasn't getting stuck every time. So obviously buy at your own risk with that. Maybe it was just this bag. Update: Returned bigger bag and ordered smaller one. The small one is actually 21" long. So measurements are definitely off. However the zippers on this one are fine. My only complaint would be, like others, where there's plastic parts where the shoulder straps attach. So can't speak to longevity. Will update once I use it. Fits all my gym stuff perfectly: shoes, towel, shower stuff, clean clothes, gym wear, protein bars, hair ties, glove, water bottle, etc etc. the small size is more than big enough.

Great durable bag with lots of useful pockets. Would definitely buy again. Highly recommend.

Color perfect, very light, great durability, excellent size, and easy to use for travel, and zippers are not faulty. This bag is very efficient for Great for the gym or for use, especially for light travel like going to a friend's house or a hotel. Honestly, I can fit everything I need into the bag, whether it's gym equipment or clothes for a week's travel. It’s perfect for what you payed for.

I ordered the 55L. First of all, let me just say that I am very satisfied with this purchase. The bag has several pockets in several places which makes the bag ideal for things like traveling and the gym. I use it for the latter. The shoe compartment is extremely roomy and, with the bag being the larger version, doesn't invade on too much of the inner storage space. When buying gym bags, I've always had beef with the shoe compartments dominating the storage capacity of the rest of the bag. The one flaw I can see this bag having in the future, especially the larger capacity bag, is the plastic hasps that hold the shoulder strap breaking. Both the sides of the hasp are plastic. So, any decent amount of weight within bag is very likely to present a problem. I would have gladly paid a few dollars more for steel hasps. Last but not least, the bag arrived a day early.

the only thing i wish it had was a divider on the inside. but i can buy that separately. perfect for when i go to the gym
