When I first saw a picture of them, I thought they looked very awkward and uncomfortable. I have many of the just plain round grip handles, and while they are ok, they are not really that ergonomic or pleasant to use over any extended length of time. These were so distorted looking I couldn't see how they could possibly fit right and work well as a one-size-fits-all. I was willing to take the chance at something new and acquired them. I'm really glad I did not pass them up. When I first took them out of the box and played with them, I had a difficult time trying to figure out how to even place my hands onto them. They were so twisted and distorted, no position seemed to work well. I was ready to give up and put them back into the box for a return when my one hand suddenly slipped around one as designed. They are a separate right and left hand fit and not interchangeable. They fit both my hands perfectly, which was a total but pleasant surprise! The wife and I send a lot of time sitting out on our back patio Glider Swing enjoying our beautifully landscaped large back yard and I saw an opportunity to attach these exercise handles to the heavy steel crossbar well above my head and use them for arm pull-ups and semi muscle-ups while enjoying the glider and view. They are extremely comfortable, and I get a fantastic arm workout in a very short time. One of the best cheap exercise pieces of equipment I've ever purchased!

This handles are great. Fit my hands perfectly and make cable exercises more effective and comfortable. It seems like they are very durable.

An interesting, new, and different kind of grip for using with cables at the gym. Feel much better and easier to hold during exercise. Hand and finger fit nicely and it feels good to use. Would highly recommend giving it a chance for a while. I keep them in my gym bag and use them very often at the gym.

These are terrific!! So....I always keep, Grips, Ropes, Caribiner Clips, Bands etc....in my gym bag. I despise searching the entire gym for these items and wasting time waiting for others to finish. One day someone had these grips in the gym and I had the opportunity to try them and really loved them. The hand placement is terrific and I feel like they support your grip and hand in the most perfect way that allows you to focus on the muscles you are focusing on during the exercise. They are not expensive for the terrific way in which they are constructed and the quality really is excellent! I would highly recommend these and as a matter of fact they also make a tricep version for push downs that I use as well and train abs with crunches as well. Wonderful products.. Give them a try. I am most certain you will enjoy having them, using them and no longer mis matching handles because you had to search the gym for missing equipment....Just an added bonus.

These are great ... only one minor drawback. I use these on my total gym and found that these grips are designed as 'left hand' & 'right hand'. This means when I am doing a 'rowing exercise' sitting facing the total gym upright stand, my left hand and right hand need the designated grip; conversely, when doing 'pressing exercises' where I am facing away from the column (facing downside of bench), again I need the designated grip ( right hand or left hand). This is not a major problem, just a bit of a nuisance to have to change grips depending on the exercise. The positive is the incredible comfort these grips provide, especially on the wrists (I am 76 years old, with all the accompanying miseries that come with age). In short, I highly, highly, recommend these grips! The quality is outstanding, and the contour feels like it's custom made for my hands! Great Product!

Absolutely love these. Great for anything you could think of to use them on. I like them so much im on my 3rd set because ive forgotten the last 2 sets at the gym at one point or another but i keep re buying them because they are that comfortable

wow is right, Ive noticed the change in doing my workouts with these hand grips....the weight with these, giving the feel of actual resistence whilst working on my biceps/triceps routine. The handles that I had had done its purpose, making me up my reps. These actually made me struggle and fight for the final couple of reps to finish. Right away, I see improvement.
