I recently purchased the NewMom Perineal Ice Pack and it has been an absolute game-changer in my postpartum recovery. The design is thoughtful, ensuring a comfortable fit and easy application. What sets this product apart is its high-quality materials that are both safe and durable. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making this product as user-friendly as possible. The ice packs are reusable, easy to clean, and come with a soft cover to protect your skin. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the packaging. The current packaging could be modified to ensure the product remains safe and undamaged during transit. This would further enhance the overall customer experience.

Not as useful and is a bit thick and heavy. Overall fine product. The quality is good.

Low quality product. Leaked all over as soon as i opened the package. Poor delivery method without any bubble wrap.
