This is perfect. It arrived in 3 days which was great. The colors are vibrant and it heated up quickly to heat the room. The flames only go 3/8 of the way up the screen but it still looks good.

Totally satisfied with this product, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an electric fire place. Fits perfectly and operates just as it says.

I bought this for a large rental 1920's bungalow farm house. the dimensions were right on and it fit perfectly in the opening. The Flame and logs look good and the color options are nice along with the dimmable programs. the heating element works well. Have not tested how well it warms up a large living room yet but it seems like a good supplemental source. I turned it on and asked one of my workers what he thought and he said " I love it!". As far as I know he only loves his truck and his dewalt tools and his dog so I will take it as high praise! the only negative I have to say about it is that it seems like when it is off, it has a slight wavy feel to the glass. But I am sure it will set the room off and help tent the house. Glad to have it and at a decent price!

Our wood burning fireplace is in need of expensive repairs in order for us to be able to use it. So instead of staring at a big empty hole, I decided to find an electric model to fit the space. The measurements on this fireplace were close enough to the opening, that it fits right in perfectly and it looks like it was always there. It comes with an easy to use remote control with included batteries. The remote can change the color of the logs, as well as the flames. It can change the brightness and the speed. It can also turn on the heater. The heater has 2 speeds and actually gets quite hot. Depending on the size of the room, it will probably warm it up nicely. To me, the logs and flames are not very realistic, thus the 4 stars. But for the price I paid, I can't expect more. I consider this fireplace a good value and a quality product. If I ever decide to put the money into repairing our brick fireplace, I will likely move this unit to another room.

When we purchased our house it had a fireplace downstairs the owner had gutted and just had the outer shell. We wanted to tear it out but decided to keep it. We found a good number of sizes they had! I got the closest I could find and it turned out amazing. Our basement living room is so cozy now and this thing puts out warm air way better than a cheaper fireplace/entertainment center we have. The color and brightness change is a nice feature to have depending on the mood. Great quality and highly recommend!

Stopped working after 1 winter. The fan seemed to have went out. Contacted them and they said your SOL pretty much. Will not buy again.

Great, easy & affordable install for us after considering a gas insert for a couple of months ($350 vs $4350). Not quite the same thing, of course, but works well enough for us. We had about a 3” gap along the top, which was easily addressed by setting the unit on bricks to elevate & fill the space. Great idea thanks to other reviews, it was my biggest hang up ;) Things I wish were better: 1-Remote control barely works, but unit has controls on front that work great. Seems to be a common issue from all the comments I’ve read. 2-Box should really have cut-out handles to make easier to lift, but manageable without. Work doing when catering to a direct consumer though. 3-Heat output has 2x levels, but really wish it came out from bottom of unit, not the top. Maybe not possible or problematic from an engineering standpoint, but would greatly enhance the effect. With all of those issues aside, we have really enjoyed this unit for all the reasons listed above. Thanks!
