Bob Ross Artist The Joy of Painting Official Heat Change Mug in Gift Box

Anything Bob Ross themed is adored in my house and this was no exception. Well made and great value for money

I bought this mug for my mum for mothers day this year since she is a big Bob Ross fan and she was delighted with it, but in barely 2 months the design has been flaking off. The patch above Bob's head in the picture came off on my thumb as I was rotating it to take the photos! We don't have a dishwasher, so it is hand-cleaned with a typical kitchen sponge like all our other mugs etc. and none of the others have ever done this. Faded over time yes, but that's years, not a few months! The heat picture section itself is still okay at least. As an OFFICIAL product and £15 I really hoped for better and might as well have bought one of the cheap non-heat change mugs of Temu or something then if it deteriorated I wouldn't be as ticked off as I currently am because you get what you pay for and in this case, I feel I did NOT get what I paid for.
