Ordered 5/8.... got 3/4. Item ...
12/17/2017: Ordered 5/8....got 3/4. Item also had many chips in cheap paint finish. Returning!12/19/2017: Update - was told to keep the incorrect item that was sent to me, and new correct sized shackles are now being sent. I'm happy to say that the customer support is excellent! I will update with more details once I've received and used the correct item.

Misleading
Bout the 2 pack of the 1/2 shackles and the finish had some chips and the pin was actually orange even though the pictures show red. Bout them to match my fourwheeler and they were orange. Super frustrating considering there were cheaper non painted options I should have bought instead.

Nice shackles
Not sure if they're really rated at 19.5 Tons and I not going to test them. 3/4 shackles are usually only rated at 9.5 Tons, these are 5/8.
