Q: I see that it says that this lens is for full frame cameras. Does this mean that this will not work with DX sensor Nikon DLSRs? Typically, D5000?

It will work fine on a D5000, but it will NOT AUTOFOCUS. It will be manual focus lens because the 90mm has no internal focus motor of it's own. Keep in mind that the 90mm will become a 135mm lens on a DX sensor camera. If you want it for macro work you'll be manual focusing anyway. But if you want it for portraits and other stuff, you may want to look at the Nikon 85mm 1.8G. Have fun!

Q: Does this lens come with Tamron's standard six year warranty when registered?

Yes, if this lens is bought new and is not "grey market". Grey market meaning that if this lens was originally sold in Europe and it found its way into the USA or to any other country then no it will not get the warranty.

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE ON THIS 90MM 272E AND 272EE

272EE is trhe Canon fit version of the 272E, 272EN = Nikon 272ES=Sony/Minolta

Q: Has anyone used this with Pentax K3?

I never had a K3 but a Pentax Bayonet Mount is a Pentax Bayonet Mount. When I bought my Pentax K20D's and my K100D it was with the purpose I would use my existing zoom and standard lenses from my ME-Super.
