Why did you choose this product over others?: I was diagnosed few months ago with IIH and it was really important for me to find a pillow that helped me with my neck and head support. I was browsing for a while and a friend with the same condition suggested me to check out this one. So, i bought this pillow and was really hyped, i couldn't wait to get a pillow that helped me sleeping better again. It arrived in a box and with his own plastic cover; as soon as i opened the pillow i could smell a strong chemical odor, but as i read about that on the reviews, i left my pillow few days catching air. Unfortunately, after a week, the smell was still there and was not pleasant. Contacted customer service which gave me some tips, and finally the smell went away!! It has been nearly a month now i have been using this pillow, and i can definitely say, i am sleeping better than before, i don't wake up with a bad headache o neck stiffness anymore as before. The support of the pillow is amazing, it will take a while for you to adjust as every pillow, but once you get used to it, you will feel the difference in your body and sleep. I find the pillow firm enough, not too hard and not too soft, it's comfortable once you get used to the shape that embrace your neck and head. Ideal for every sleeper, i vary from side sleeper to back to belly sleeper a lot and found myself comfortable in every position. I sleep better and it helps me manage my condition during the night, which allow me to sleep for at least 6/7 hour straight and not only 3 like before for the pain. Super approved!!

An amazing pillow that fits perfectly into the neck area and makes it easy . Absolutely delighted with this purchase! I waited to review to be sure I gave an honest review. It takes a bit of time to get used to the pillow and feels weird, initially. I was getting neck pain from using down pillows. Neck pain has gone and now that I'm used to the pillow, I sleep much better. The pillow has kept it's form, feels good quality and the price is very reasonable.

I ordered this not knowing what to expect so I'm delighted that I've slept soundly every night since I've started using it. The pain I use to have in my neck and shoulders are no longer so, great waking up without. I did recommend it to someone but they hated it so returned so I guess everyone is different. I'd continue to recommend

This pillow is designed so you have to put your ear on the centre button (For side sleepers), which means your face and nose is burried in the sloping part of the pillow. As the pillow is so hard, you cant reshape it so you can breathe, so you have to tilt your head. If you sleep on your back and dont move in the night this would be OK. I am using another pillow on the top to soften it a bit and just use this as a solid underneath pillow. Beware, no pillow case will fit it nicely, so you need to wash the pillow case that comes with it. This means when you wash it, if you dont dry it the same day, you have no pillow case for this!

Ordered this for my husband. He loves it. He sleeps on his side and gets a sore ear. He has tried a few pillows made specifically for that, with limited success. He has only used this for about a week, but says that his ear has been fine - praise indeed!
