It really does flatten inflamed pimples with no whitehead noticeably but you have to wear it overnight and/or under make up and skin care. It brings it to a head without squeezing.

We use the gel all the time and love it, so we tried out the patches as well with my teens and it has done the job wonderfully! Highly recommend !

My daughter has been trying different acne products, and we finally decided to give the Differin Acne Patches a try. She’s been using them for over a month now, and they’ve actually worked better than a lot of the other options we’ve tried. The patches stick well, stay on overnight, and help keep her from picking at her skin. It works but the results aren’t as fast as the description makes it sound. We usually see some improvement the next day, just not dramatic overnight results. They work best on surface-level pimples, helping reduce redness and flatten them gradually.

These are the ONLY patches I use and they work so well for me when I need one. They’re so thin and you can barely see them on the skin. The only thing I don’t like about them is the packaging - they definitely need to upgrade that but the actual product is great!

Works for Redness, But Limited Results on Pimples I’ve been using the Differin Acne Patches for a few weeks now, and overall, my experience has been pretty mixed. The patches themselves are very thin and almost invisible on the skin, which is a big plus if you want to wear them during the day without feeling self-conscious. They stick well and stay in place even if you move around a lot or sleep with them on overnight. In terms of performance, the patches do help reduce redness and calm inflammation around pimples. I noticed that after wearing them overnight, the swelling and irritation around smaller breakouts were less noticeable. However, when it comes to actually shrinking the size of pimples or drawing out impurities, these patches didn’t have much of an effect. Unlike some other acne patches I’ve tried before, they didn’t pull out the gunk or visibly reduce the bumps by morning. For deeper or more stubborn acne, I didn’t see any real improvement. The patches felt more like a soothing barrier rather than an active treatment for my pimples. They might be helpful if you’re dealing with mild, surface-level blemishes, but if you have cystic or more persistent acne, these won’t do much on their own. The comfort and discreet look are definitely positives, and I appreciate that they don’t irritate my sensitive skin. But for the price, I was hoping for a little more noticeable results. I’d say these patches are okay as a complementary step in your skincare routine but don’t expect them to be a miracle cure for acne.

I have used every pimple patch there is. This works by far the best as getting a whitehead to form & heal pretty quickly. I unfortunately get a good size pimple here & there (hormonal acne). These really help speed up the process of going away! I use at night & occasionally during the day.

Bought this thinking it will help my pimples it didn't I am going to go straight to the point used 2 packets on my last one I used mighty patches until they ran out I had differin patchs on the way so I didn't order more mighty patches I used the differin patches didn't do much.It made the pimples worse before it got better I used 3-4 patches for 1 pimple wasted my money they are paper thin there so hard to pick up if you have short nails then bend and stick together when you try to pick them up leaving a visible fold on your skin it takes so many patches to get rid of on pimple when I am sleeping they fall off and I do not twist and turn in my sleep.It's even worse if you got a pimple next to your mouth and you drool the smallest drop of water makes them fall of there no thick which I hate if you want to waste your money this is the product for you!..
