This book is no good. Doesn't tell you anything you don't know and is very vague. To throw a punch it literally tells you whatvyiu already know "punch forward". Doesn't even tell you which knuckles you should be striking with.For defense, it tells you "just time it and move out of way".... no really ?Just watch YouTube videos don't waste time on this book for dummies.
