After being on vacation in Italy for multiple weeks over the year, they used the product that was strikingly similar to this at their pharmacies, and I couldn't find anything close to that at our stores here in America. As a result, this is the next best option and it's certainly offered a similar result as the stuff we got in Italy.

This vapor rub is pretty mild. It's not strong like a menthol-based vapor. If you want a strong vapor rub, this is not that. This is lighter and is something like lotion with a light smell. It helps like other vapor rubs, but in my opinion, it's not as beneficial as other vapor rubs because it is mild. However, that might be good for people who are sensitive to strong vapor rubs.

Everything I have ever tried from Pranarom is pure quality. I rub a little of this behind each ear, a little on my chest and a little under my nose - it actually helps me sleep better. I know that is not what the purpose is, but I'm just saying it helps me sleep.

Delivery was fast however product arrived damaged; spray leaked all over the bottle and separated from the package.

Palatable AND extremely effective. Way better than the typical stuff you get in the store.
