Damaged.
I ordered this in for my daughter’s birthday. As she opened the packaging that was protecting the box had make up on it, as soon as she opened the the make up box one of the eye shadows were completely destroyed. Even though it arrived on time and appeared to be packaged well, it was damaged and it was a gift. It would have been 5 stars if not for that issue as the make up box is very cute.
