Q: Dimentions: 9.06 x 5.11 x 60.04 inches. The base is 4.52" x 7.08". So what do the 9.06" and 5.11" refer to?

Q: No pics show the handle in the vertical position. So does it lock in the vertical position (for storing) ?

YES it does! Took me a few minutes to get mine out of the stored position! I had to look it over real good before I pulled on it harder because I was afraid something would break! But it did pull down and goes back in stored position now

Q: Wouldn't this jack operate more easily if the handle was as long as competitor's?
