Works well and got rid of any smell that I was experiencing. I do often have spotting when I use these types of suppositories, and noticed with this brand; the capsule casing doesn't seem to fully dissolve. Flakes of the casing were mixed in with the spotting, but didn't take too long to stop seeing them after using the restroom.Took a bit longer than other brands I've used to fully dissolve, which I assume is due to the casing.

I have had no issues with inserting or burning or graininess as some have found. They are messy. On the 1st night of use, the next a.m. I am literally dripping white liquid from my vagina, but in subseguent days that decreases. It seems if I use them 5 days in a row, I have no issues for about 5 days afterwards. Or if for 7 days, no issues for a week after. But soon enough, my foul discharge returns.
