Love this at my kitchen sink! Makes handwashing so much easier. Actually have dawn dish soap there so easy to use to wash dishes but also can use for hands. Looks so much better than a bottle of soap in counter. Light weight so isn’t pulling on counter or sink and very durable. The installation was super easy just twist it on, I did myself without hubby. For the price you can’t beat it and it makes your sink look so much nicer! The pump works awesome. Never had trouble out of it. Easy to refill as well! Worth the price

Well constructed and nicely finished above-counter elements. Install is easy (not so much for the location where I had to replace the old dispenser, as it was really hard to reach without pulling out my dishwasher!) once I had the old unit out. Worked without issue and appeared to be tight with no leaks. Price was competitive.

This dispenser was easy to install and looks good. The pump works well and the reservoir holds a good amount of soap. A minor issue, at least for me, is that the top seems a bit wiggly. It's hard to describe but it's like it can tilt in your palm while pushing down; not a lot, but I notice it.

This is a sturdy soap dispenser. After the old one gave up, we tried to replace it with a cheap one from a Chinese company. Their bottle didn't even have enough threads on it to cling to the pipe. This one from Kraus is made in China, but to much higher quality standards. Everything fits together well, works from the start, and the unit is heavy and attractive.

Convenient, functional and looks great. I have these installed on all my counters for soap because I hate so much clutter on them. Plus they don't fall over and break or nick my sink like dispensers. I refill from top with funnel and a flashlight underneath so I can see not to overfill!

Sleek design, works well, easy to install

I bought it to replace an old broken dispenser. It arrived sooner than promised, it went in easily for me but if you're not flexible and small, it may be difficult depending on what's under your sink. It was helpful to have another person holding the top piece while I tightened the screw from the bottom. It is nice and solid. Looks well made and is working perfectly so far. As well, the colour matched the faucet perfectly. I would definitely recommend it.

Since the mechanism is not working well, soap can't be dispensed. It's regrettable.

Beautiful, but I’m in between colours that’ll match my cabinet pulls. I ordered the brushed brass and champagne bronze colour hoping one would match my cabinet pulls, but it’s right in between. Champagne bronze is a very muted gold and can even look silver in some lighting.
