I had some issues regarding the sizing of my band and I reached out for assistance - they got back to me by the next day, and went above and beyond to help me have the best watchband I could. Thank you! It is so cute and comfortable to wear as a teacher all day. I love it!

this is really a beautiful band. i used all the extensions and it fit but it pinched my wrist everytime i moved my weist. i still needed a couple of extensions. i tried wearing several times but it kept pinching my wrist it fits but i think i need to wear it looser. it is so pretty and i have nothing against seller. i just wish i could go to a more bigger so band would be loose on my wrist.

Really really loved this band - was so easy to put on and take off and looked great - went with both casual and dressy. However, almost two weeks after return date expired band suddenly stretched to where elastic cording is visible, and upon close inspection, I see that the cording, immediately after the first bead is frayed and very close to breaking. After submitting the above review on 3/30/23, Heesch sent me an e-mail on 4/2/23 offering to either replace my watch band or inquiring as to how they could resolve the issue to my satisfaction. After I responded to their offer, I promptly received a replacement band. Heesch obviously pays attention to their customers' reviews and are concerned with customer satisfaction. It is a shame that the elastic cording they use is not stronger and more durable because their bands are very attractive, and based upon my experience with them, I believe that they stand behind their products. My black bead band was more comfortable than my $100 Apple band and for this reason I plan to purchase their bands in the future with the hope that they will have upgraded the elastic cording.

I have bought this product 3 separate times over the last 2 years or so because it tends to break within a couple months each time. The elastic threads that hold the band together stretch out and become weak until they fray and eventually break. Despite the watch band's tendancy to break, I still find myself buying it again because it is so unique and I love the way it looks! Before it becomes stretched out and frays, it is extremely comfortable and true to size as well. I think this band would last longer if it were not worn every single day (like I did), but rather every once in awhile. Overall, the products lack of durability takes away from it's quality, however it is still an item I have appreciated and used until I can't any longer.

This is great to add a touch of elegance to your smartwatch. It stretch enough for the comfort and is easy to use.

This watch strap is gorgeous! It looks amazing and is so well made. I was pleasantly surprised. Having the additional spacers was perfect, I only had to use 3 of them. I purchased the brown tortoise, and I highly recommend it.

A nice change for my watch!

I love this bracelet. Beautiful and comfortable. The extensions are very easy to install in a few seconds. But I am disappointed of the quality of the golden paint. The very first time I installed it on my Apple Watch it peeled as soon as I slid it on the watch, as you can see on the pictures. Still cute but it is disappointing that the paint does not resist to the basic use of the band.
