I just received this item 10 minutes ago. I was excited to be able to use this as the wheelchair is getting colder when getting in it due to the weather changing. Opened it up and noticed one hole immediately, then saw the other two. It may be a great product but since there’s holes in it and filling was coming out I can’t tell if it should be thicker or not. Went to do a replacement and it’s not giving me a QR code, I have to print a label and go that route. I clearly needed this for a wheelchair meaning I am not able to get around much due to a recent amputation. Companies need to do better!
