Excellent scissors, easy to control, very sharp. The case for them is also very nice

I really like the quality of these scissors. Quite sharp, they open and close comfortably. The adjustable screw to tighten them in the future will be quite handy even if it does stick up higher than I think is necessary. My fingers fit very fell in the holes, I also like the feature of the removable snugging ring for those who need a bit more room. Even is they fall out, they thumb and finger holes will not be too large. Grip was normal feeling. The finger rest is a bit longer than I expected and I don’t know that it’s really all that necessary, but I won’t be using these from anything more than trims. Hubby likes these really well too. For the price, it’s a great value. Really expensive is not always needed.

These things are awesome, especially considering the price point. The scissors are super sharp and provide a very comfortable grip, even for a larger man like me. The mustache comb is perfect for combing and/or styling. And the leather pouch to store them both seems high quality and durable. Definitely not like the cheap fake leather pouches I've seen with other products in the past. If you take your facial hair came seriously, grab this grooming set. I highly doubt that you will be disappointed

They seem nice and sharp. I've only used them once. They came with some residue and not sure if that's an indication they were used.

These scissors are perfect for trimming my beard and mustache. They are slightly shorter and less pointy than traditional barbers sheers that would be used for hair on the top of the head which makes it much easier to wield myself for trimming my facial hair. Having a finger rest instead of just the finger holes made a noticeable improvement in control that I didn't expect. The finger inserts also make them quite comfortable to use. Perhaps if you had particularly girthy fingers you would need to take them out or struggle with the finger holes, however, I don't have a problem and I don'y think many would. For reference, my wedding band is a size 12 and I have no problem fitting my fingers in the finger holes. The adjustable screw is a great feature that lets you adjust the pressure between the thumb and finger blades so that they never get loose resulting in tugging or a less than perfect slice. These are sharp out of the box and cut beautifully. I haven't had a single hair get caught or tugged it always just shears right through every hair giving a crisp line where I want it. As for maintenance, so far I have just made sure to keep them dry (I also don't store them in the bathroom since I need to replace the exhaust fan and it gets quite humid after showers, etc.). I may oil the ride and screw assembly at some point but they are still as smooth as they were when they come out of the box several months ago. If you are looking for a quality set of shears at a fair price, these are for you.

Quality scissors, comfortable grip is a plus

Worked well for about a month, then they started snagging hairs when doing fine trimming. Tensioner does nothing that I can tell. This morning the brass piece on the finger loop fell out. Thought it had untigtened itself, but found instead that the thread size isn't even right. Don’t even need to unscrew it. Just give it a wiggle and it falls out. I’ve purchased two pairs. The first is just fine, the second pair is junk. Probably the last pair I purchase.
