This item showed up. I opened up the main package with two items. The stroop waffle item had already been opened and one of the waffles was missing. Bummer. But theses things are great.

These little wafels give some energy. I usually have a few when I am cycling at least 50 miles

It is light and a perfect pre-workout snack. It tastes absolutely delicious!

I use these for my pre workout snack, gives me the energy to finish my workouts and I like that it has amino acids.

I am a big fan of stroopwafels & smores and I work out a lot. So I thought this would be a great treat. In reality the combination of tastes and textures or whatnot was not what I wanted. I like having workout snacks also but given the price and the kind of odd taste I would rather take other options. No real harm done but I wouldnt order again.

Love this product and their gels also. Have ordered several time and will continue. Great for bicycling.
