I thought I was going to have to stop lifting my shoulders hurt so bad. I have this product a chance and wow it is a game changer. It helps with form and my shoulders feel so much better. I have been using it for a month and lifting more than I was before the product.

This provides more support for my bad shoulder joint than it does resistance. I'll take a little of both though! Feels goofy wearing it in the gym but who the heck cares! Get your Pump on!!

The perfect tension. This one feels pretty close to three hundred pounds and is a fit for beginners to help aid in proper posture.

This bench band is most definitely not going to add 300lbs to your raw bench at best you will get 25- 50lbs. But all n all the designs is better than traditional sling shots and is a good tool for some rep work. If you are getting this with the intention to lift super heavy in just save some money and get a reputable bench band like a titan magnum ram, F8, bench daddy, dark syde. But if you want it to play around in and just hit some extra reps it’s a solid tool for that.
