I love the idea of adding Arnica with lidocaine. I love arnica for bruises and pain relief but then you add lidocaine takes it to a new level. This has helped me with my wrist so much. The only flaw is having to squeeze the top to get to it open . When your strength is not how it was it can be hard. Ms Williams is an expert of what a great pain relief product. I also like that it can be FSA/HSA eligible which makes to where price is not an issue.

The cream you can put where you need to and rub it in. It does longer to get relief. The spray, I think works better.

Honestly, I've tried so many of these products and they don't work. I was pleased to see that this one actually worked for my achy joints. I was also happy that it didn't have this horrible, over-powering odor to it. It almost smells like some kind of limey, tropical drink (very light scent). It also doesn't irritate my skin. The product is simple to use, and the metal rollers seem to help massage the area. The price was very reasonable. Overall, I am happy with this product.

The bottle is very hard to squeeze and open when you have arthritis-works terrific for pain when I can have someone open it for me.

The cream spreads easily and absorbs quickly, and the cooling sensation takes the edge off the throbbing instantly. The numbing effect lasts for hours, allowing me to actually finish my hikes and bike rides without gritting my teeth. Plus, the scent is fresh and not overpowering.

I purchased this thinking it was the roll on version which I had been using, figured “no big deal” it should be the same. Well, this product is nearly impossible to dispense. You have to squeeze the hard plastic bottle with all your might, If you suffer from any hand issues like I do, it’s actually painful. Not particularly helpful for a pain relief cream. Just noticed — purchased in November of 2024– expires 01/2025
