I purchased the item for my grandson. It arrived in a sealed box so I presumed it was fine to wrap as a present for my grandson's birthday. The day of his birthday, he opened it. The front axle wheel was bent and rolled crookedly, so we tried to straighten it. But, it just is crooked. I bought batteries for the truck as I had noticed it did not include any in the box. We loaded the batteries and turned on the switch AND nothing - the truck just sat there. We had a an extra battery sleeve and reloaded the truck with another set, but still nothing. Very disappointed. What would you suggest I do? I offered to buy another gift locally of course.

First off it's such false advertising when you put this, what looks like a pretty large semi truck, next to 2 kids and it's almost half the size of them! When in reality it's just a tiny little truck! Yes I should have read measurements but it's still a very deceitful thing to do, which tells you something about the company/ seller! And then to top it off I put batteries from a brand new pack in it and it doesn't work, even tried a different brand from a different new pack and still did not turn on! So not only is it tiny it doesn't work either... and i can't find any way to contact the seller... such an irritating experience!!

The ad is misleading on the size of this item. It’s less than half the size pictured. My grandson still loves it but I will not buy from this seller or brand again.

This item was extremely misrepresented in all of the pictures. Even in the photo with the adults, this item looks to be very large. This truck is way too small for a 2 year old. I am not happy at all. I will not be a returning customer. This ad needs to be corrected for other customers!!! Shame on you for taking advantage of consumers!

I liked everything about it, sturdy, 3 trucks on the inside perfect for a little 5 year old.

Picture shows a toddler sitting next to truck and it looks quite large..limited sale, good price..I'll be honest I did not go to description, my mistake.. .this item when delivered fit in my mailbox...the truck is small, does not even come close to looking the size of the advertising picture ...I was truly disappointed when I received item, size wise..otherwise it seems to be of decent quality...would not of ordered if I knew true size..

I feel like a fool . I should have read the reviews. This product came in the box the toy is in. No box with packing. Box is so dirty and tape was holding . The picture and measurements are not what they supposed to be. To much money for this item . Unhappy
