Ordered an iphone 6, and I dont believe it was the correct model, the phone works okay. The battery also dies when it gets around 10%.

Phone fine. Charger didn't work
The only reason I gave a 3 star is because it was a birthday present and the charger didn't work. I had to go buy a charger. My granddaughter was upset because it was her first phone and it wouldn't work. After the new charger everything was fine. Phone works great

Terrible battery does not hold a charge. Paid $100 for the phone not able to return it.

dead phone "DOA"
This cannot be a new phone!. The phone was not in plastic wrap, had no instructions, and would not even power up. I tried another iPhone charger and it still would not charge. You guys sent me a dead used phone "just in time for my granddaughter's Christmas gift". Now what no return?

Dont buy!!!
- wrapped in plastic to make it seem new - button had clear dirt and phone was clealy used - claimed IOS 9 and upgradable to IOS 15, its already updated and nothing you can do about it

Phone was wrapped and sealed like it’s new will NOT power on! Cant get in touch with seller. How do we get seller barred from selling items
