Sturdy enough and good price. If you have one of those inverted rims on your snare drum then they won't fit; that's why I had to return it. Not sure if they'll fit a thick wooden rim, either. But if your rims are normal triple flanged or dicast they'll do you fine.

Although I have decided to go back to my electric drum kit I did try the mic clamp on my acoustic snare and it was excellent, if I were to go down the route of acoustic drums again I would definitely buy again!

Fine for toms but longer mics like sm57’s do not work with this on a snare. Good construction.

Does the job well

arrived right on time-Super purchase which does all and more it says & so easily-don't think of buying any other clip.

Great little clamp, using it to sit my Shure SM57 on my Bass Drum hoop, so it picks up Snare, Mounted and Floor Toms and it works a treat!
