Great toy for those large parrots that destroy most toys in no time flat, it's basically indestructible! Bird loves it sits trying to figure out how to take it apart, but all he does is keep moving the wing nuts around and he just can't figure out how to take them off keeps him puzzled and entertained for hours. Highly recommend for anyone with a large parrot!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Durable but bolts should have color on them well bad for Patriots

I have 3 African Greys and a B&G. I purchased 4 different toys, figured I can rotate between them when they get bored. They are definitely durable and well made. Although 2 won't play with them yet and 1 loves to use his as a sleeping perch which to me seems uncomfortable but he loves it

I love the idea of this toy. The craftsmanship is good, all the wingnuts turn and articulate. I have no complaints about the toy itself. I thought this would be so cool, finally something indestructible for my Umbrella Cockatoo. Except that he is not interested in the toy at all. Unless I put this toy in the way of something else he wants to get to, my bird does not acknowledge the existence of the toy in his cage, which is a shame. It has been just over 30 days, so I will leave it in there and update if he changes his mind. Rigbt now my take-away is that if your bird is iffy about metallic toys, this one may not be for you. Stars: Value for money: 4 - someone has to sit there, put on the wing nuts, and weld all that stainless steel Entertainment value: 0 - no play, no stars One bonus star for being a sustainable, clean-able toy that is generally a great idea if your bird loves shiny things.

I bought this for a few reasons one being its stainless steel and that is a safe metal for birds also my macaw loves nuts & bolts, so this is perfect for him. PS. I just ordered another one and found it a lot cheaper than this one on AZ. They have a lot of different sellers of this item!
