New body same out dated brain
I really liked my old chromebook, but it was sevral years old. Google said the only way to update was to buy something newer. So I did. I checked and the chromebook was only 2 years old. That meant I should have 8 years before they would quit updating this one. I thought. Not bad for the money. Turns out they had loaded the same OS in this newer one that my old one had. Which made it to old for updates to. So, even though my new one had newer parts, it had the old, nonupdated brain. Now I was going to have the same problems. No updates and several sites wouldn't work because they said my browser was out of date. Nice. Just warning you.

Not the best quality
I like it but several of my keys are so sticky that I almost wish I went with something else. It works but that’s about it.

The perfect first computer!
This lab top has been perfect for my son. He has expanded his learning on thi computer as well as using it for video watching and game playing. We udilize it for his learning apps as well. This will be an item that grows with him for the future.

It's works and it's fast.
I love it. It came fast and is in great condition. Turned on right away and run pretty fast. I definitely recommend this laptop. For being cheap and refurbished it works great. Definitely happy. Thank you. 5 stars I'd give you 10 stars.

Worst laptop ever
Absolute worst laptop I've ever purchased. Apps take about 20 minutes to load using a high speed connection (takes me back to 56k dial up days), Microsoft office products aren't supported, and it crashes every 5 minutes. The return process is more costly than the computer, it's cheaper to go into the dumpster.
