I love this so much! I have suffered with facial hair for many years. I've had laser treatments in the past and the results have been brilliant, for a while, but that stubborn hair keeps coming back! Unfortunately it's a very expensive way to deal with unwanted hair that won't go away. I've also bought numerous hair removal products and never quite felt satisfied. I decided to try this epilator after much research, and I wish I had bought it years ago! It's perfect for me. I have to use it every day, and admittedly, it does not get all the dark hairs, however it does a darn good job of getting most of them. So using a combination of the Braun epilator and some tweezers for the stray hairs is fine by me. (Also using it daily means there is a lot less hair to remove the next day!) And it saves a lot of tweezing time. I use the brush attachment as more of a dry skin buffer before and after using the epilator. The epilator does feel a bit scary to use, but you get used to it. I don't feel much pain at all, if anything it's the fear of feeling pain that makes it harder - if you just relax when you're using it you'll be fine. Having said that, the top lip is a bit painful, but I run over the top lip in little segments at a time and do it fast to get that over with quickly. I have no issues using it on my chin or sideburns. I have used the toning attachment a few times with moisturiser, but I don't really have time in the mornings. It's quite good for a massage, I suppose. I haven't had a rash from this epilator. My skin does go a bit red after use, so I use it about an hour before I leave the house in the mornings. Once I've finished with the epilator and brush, I splash cold water on my skin to cool it and I use a toner before moisturising. The redness does go away, but I use make up anyway which helps to even out my skin tone. My hair does grow back quickly and by the evening I can feel a few little hairs if I touch my chin, but I can't see them in the mirror. They grow back soft, not stubbly. And the next day they get dealt with. Occasionally there is a random spikey hair, which is easily plucked if needed.

This model with batteries is very weak. It is good for portability but compromises performance. The same product in rechargeable mode is great, I bought that one.

Love this epilator so far! Amazing results, no more salon visits for threading, and I got it at a great price! Totally worth it!

I unfortunately have sensitive pale skin and dark coarse hair (think PCOS but just rubbish genetics instead) and facial hair is always visible under my skin. Advertised as a way to remove the hair from the root, this seems like a great idea for this situation. In reality, it gets me 8 hours of pain, self-loathing and crying, requiring liberal use of tweezers to back you up, followed by a night of terrible sleep every time anything brushes my face and week of bad histamine rash. And nope, two months later has seen no improvement, using any and all advice from hot showers to distraction and ice packs. It may not exactly be the miracle fix you're hoping for if your hair is a little more stubborn than the average, and your skin is hopelessly sensitive. Quality of the product is great, charge time is reasonable and the extra spa attachments are also alright. The exfoliating brush is pretty decent and leaves skin feeling very clean and fresh, although the moisturiser attachment feels a bit useless. It's fab at removing bits of eyebrow, and fine fuzzy hairs though. It feels like incredibly violent tweezing, which is somewhat bearable above your eyebrows. Upper lip and jawline- don't expect to have any fun. In all, this is a great epliator if you're going to get one, although bear in mind that epilating might not be the right thing for you.

This is without a doubt one of the best purchases I’ve made. I went with the 911 and noticed results within a few days. The epilator is really easy to use and is great for removing facial hair and fuzz. The cleansing brush is fantastic, I use it daily and it has made such a difference to my skin. The first time I applied makeup after using this brush I was amazed at the difference, it looked flawless! I bought the exfoliation brushes separately as they didn’t come with the 911, and I would highly recommend adding these to your routine once a week. The vibrating plate is great for applying creams and serums and really easy to use. The heads change easily and I’ve had no problems with the product holding charge. This is a bathroom product so is a 2 pin plug like an electric toothbrush so if you don’t have a bathroom plug or an electric toothbrush, you will need to purchase an adapter to be able to plug the product in to recharge it, unless you choose the battery version. In summary, this is an excellent product and everyone should have one. Highly recommended!!

Pues en efecto este depilador facial CUMPLE CON CRECES y ahora puedo confirmar lo que varias youtubers dicen al recomendar esta versión de depilador facial de Braun recargable en vez de la versión con pila AA, aunque es algo más cara, pero al final adquieres un producto INCREIBLE. Estoy fascinada con los resultados!! Luego de haberlo usado puedo decirte todo los pros (sin ninguna contra hasta ahora) que he encontrado: - El puntazo a su favor: ES RECARGABLE. Antes de usarlo es necesario cargarlo por al menos una hora. Cuando lo conectas suena un pitido y la luz parpadea de manera intermitente así hasta cuando finalmente se carga la luz se mantiene fija por unos segundos -como aviso- para luego apagarse. Cuando parpadea la luz en vez de blanco en color amarillo indica que su nivel de carga está por debajo del 10%. Cada carga ofrece una duración continua de 8 horas, a que mola no!?? - EL DEPILADOR ES POTENTE! Nada que ver con la versión de pila. Tiene la potencia exacta para arrancar de raíz los vellos y también para no lastimar la piel. Al usarlo puedes presionar el botón a la izquierda o derecha para que la rotación cambie de dirección. Lo he usado SIN PROBLEMAS para delinear por arriba y por debajo mis cejas -eso si, con mucho cuidado!- la zona del bigotillo, las mejillas, patillas y barba. Arranca los vellos de raíz SI O SI, lo que si es que hay que aprender a pillar la dirección y angulación correctas para que lo haga, ten paciencia si a la primera no sale, tienes que inclinar y elegir la dirección acorde a cada zona de tu rostro y ya. Si nunca te habías pasado una depiladora -como yo- al principio es incómodo y duele solo un poco, y a pesar de tener la piel sensible, las rojeces se me quitaron luego de unos minutos. - EL CEPILLO DE LIMPIEZA en esta versión es para piel normal, que es el cepillo color blanco -hay otra versión que tiene el cepillo rosa que es para pieles sensibles-. Se puede usar en seco o en mojado (es el único que puede usarse en mojado, y que puede enjuagarse con agua, ojo con esto! pues el depilador únicamente se limpia con el cepillito que viene en el paquete y el cabezal de microvibración se limpia con un paño ligeramente húmedo). El cepillo lo puedes usar con agua y jabón, con tónicos, cremas limpiadoras, cremas desmaquillantes o exfoliantes. Deja la piel sumamente tersa! - EL CABEZAL DE MICROVIBRACIÓN es increíble! Puedes modular su velocidad (como el cepillo de limpieza), te recomiendo que lo uses con sérums o cremas de día o de noche. Tiene un efecto relajante delicioso en la piel. Incluso mejora el aspecto de la piel que está debajo de los ojos, minimizando ojeras y bolsas de ojos. El aparato tiene un sensor que permite diferenciar entre los cabezales. Cuando usas el cabezal depilador su uso es continuo, mientras que cuando usas el cepillo de limpieza y el de microvibración hace una brevísima pausa cada 20 segundos para indicar que hay que cambiar de zona del rostro.
