Nice and bright. Focus is sharp and easy to adjust. Slides are very well made and beautiful. Relaxing to watch.

Very quiet and projects a good clean picture. We use almost every night. It functions well and I appreciate the timer. The night light goes off for peaceful sleep.

They did not include a sleeve for the disc that comes pre loaded into the unit for proper organization of the disc's. You can barely tell them apart, aside from the one that comes in it is clear plastic and all the rest are black. The disc's are tiny (2"x2") so a small child cannot actually handle them. A few came with greasy finger prints right. on. the. lenses. 🙄 Doesn't focus well, has to be at just the right angle and placement to avoid over distortion. I doubt they are astrologically correct as I haven't pinned down a constellation yet. It rotates the picture slowly and constantly which you cannot stop. Doesn't come with a wall adapter. It's basically a night light which my small child would give 5 whole stars. My OCD compels me to give it way less than that, though it does work for what I wanted it for, without being overly complicated, over priced, or needing some stupid app to be able to use it.

My 6 year old son is deep in the outer space portion of his first grade curriculum and loves talking about the moon (especially) and the planets. We have a playroom in the attic with an angled ceiling so I thought it would be fun to get this projector and display the images up there with him. Sometimes I will play some atmospheric planetarium music on YouTube or the audio of a National Geographic short film while we look at the different slides to set the tone and learn more about these awesome aspects of space. We have some Star Wars toys up there and he will pick up the X-Wing and fly it around within the projection. It felt like a core memory being developed in real time. The slow rotation of the image is also a very nice touch. It’s a soothing experience. Sometimes I also use a laser pointer to help talk about what we see all around the ceiling. I love that some of the images (I believe) are actual Hubble telescope photos and others are more stylized renderings of outer space elements. Both offer their advantages. This is one of those items I feel has elevated my level of dadding. Snag this and have fun with it. It’s not an industrial, professional piece of equipment like the Franklin Institute planetarium projector or anything, but it’s surely one of those memory-making devices the kids will remember.

I have received the item. Not good as expected. From the video the pictures are very clear and it covers a huge area. But in reality, it is not clear and cannot adjust the speed. Overall poor not worth

I am not normally one to leave reviews, but I felt inclined to do so because I love this! My son is two years old. He is always wanting me to fall asleep in his room with him. Since we bought this with the intention of it being a night light for him, he hasn’t even asked for me to fall asleep in his room with him. Although, I have wanted to sleep in there because this has been so relaxing to fall asleep to. Both my two year old and 4 month old love watching it! Me, too, of course! It comes with a fantastic variety of slides. Projected images are quite clear if you focus them. Depending upon where it is placed, it can cover a small or large area, still quite clearly over large area. The only downside I recall is the length of the cord, like other reviews have mentioned. It is fairly short as something that should be placed out of reach of children. Fortunately, we have outlets mid wall above the shelves so it isn’t much of a problem here, but I could see it as being an issue for someone that doesn’t.
