Sizing is accurate if you follow the instructions. They are tricky to get on past the heel but, that's because they have the appropriate tension around the ankle. I'm 9 months pregnant and wish I would have bought these months ago. Huge relief and no swelling.

As a healthy 20 something who travels often, I recommend compression socks as essential for anyone taking a long haul flight or even flights longer than a couple hours. The improvement in blood circulation is massively helpful in tolerating sitting for long periods of time. I have found the 20-30mmHg compression to be ideal for my needs; these are affordable and their violet color is lovely! As for sizing, I am 5’4” with a calf circumference between 13.5” and 14” and ordered the Tall Medium size. The snugness is perfect and the extra length is great for fuller coverage up to my lower thighs.

Buen nivel de compresión, buena calidad. El único pero es que aprietan mucho del elástico superior. Yo para usarlas las doblo a mitad de la espinilla.
