The guy who cuts my hair said I needed to stop using cheap shampoo and no conditioner. I read the reviews of this stuff and signed up for the recurring delivery. I've been using shampoo and conditioner for a few months now, and my hair is in better shape. It feels softer and less prone to tangles. The shampoo smells great and doesn't create tons of lather, which I like. The conditioner doesn't smell like anything. My hair guy says he can see the difference. This is a good value.
