The product is well made, fits nicely and works well. Just what I need for my tennis elbow and golfers elbow.I emailed the customer service line with questions I had. I received answers fast and with genuine concern for me having and enjoying my product.Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.It can be used dry or it comes with a small spray bottle to dampen the pad for a moist heat.Really great and useful.I would recommend and purchase again.

IF YOU HAVE CONSISTENT ISSUES WITH YOUR ELBOW I WOULD SAY, GET THIS IT DOES HEAT UP LIKE A HEATING PAD FOR SURE. IT SEEM LIKE AFTER A WEEK OF USING IF WAS IN A BOX AND NEVER USED AGAIN. WORKS WELL THOUGH

This distributes heats evenly. It is very warm so most of the time I use the medium setting.

I was really surprised at how well this works. It’s very easy to put on and heats up very quickly and it’s definitely got good heat. Long cord makes it convenient in various positions.

Once plugged in, the controller and heating pad get so hot, it hurts to touch it. That’s with the power button off. I would say it’s a fire hazard. Not UL or ETL listed. Would not recommend

Helps with the tennis elbow after the gym

This thing works really well. I’m a tall guy with average arms and it fits well. I don’t think it would fit for someone with oversized forearms and biceps. I did notice my arm was really red after wearing it the first time, so I’m using a thin compression sleeve under the pad from now on. Would recommend
