The sound quality is very good and crisp. With provided ear plugs quality enhances a lot more. In open ear mode it is possible to hear surrounding sounds while hearing youtube and music etc. And build is also very strong. Charge lasts for a day for me. Perfectly fits, light weight and is very comfortable and can be simply moved a little around ear to adjust sound instantly in case someone talks very softly and you want to respond. Now whenever I go to job, I always wear it as it is very useful in busy environments to avoid picking and holding phone everytime I get a call. Definitely recommended... Go for it..

I purchased the WeCool M4 Bone induction headphones, and I'm experiencing a significant issue with their sound quality; it's notably muffled and subpar.Additionally, there are severe problems with the Bluetooth connectivity, resulting in frustrating lags.Additionally I can't use the product as it's causing me discomfort, including headaches and dizziness, one of the side effect of Bone conduction technology.When I attempted to return the product through Amazon's customer care, they declined my request, which is incredibly disappointing. Furthermore, the only option I have left is to visit their physical customer service center to seek repairs, which is a testament to the extremely poor quality of this product.Not sure why is Amazon selling such subpar products and ruining their customer experience.

M2 is better than M4, M4, the spring is more and causes pressure on the temporal region..M2 is very good and cost effective.5 start for M2, and very good response from the wecool team

This open ear Earphones is best for sports like cycling, running, gym, etc. It is really waterproof and so sweat is not making any issues on it. I am using it daily while workouts especially while cycling and riding motorcycle. It is good for making calls, and hearing audios. Hearing music is also giving enough quality but I prefer in ear earphones for music because it will stops surrounding noise.The good thing is, we can hear audio along with surrounding sounds. The Bluetooth connectivity and audio calling quality also very good. The battery backup is superb. The physical appearance and material quality is excellent.

It has a good sound, but the mic is terrible. I talked to their customer support in the 7-day replaceable window, first 3 days there was no response, and at last, after 6-7 days I could connect. and their response was all devices would have the same horrible mic. even if you replace the device new will have the same problem with the mic.After a month now there are some Bluetooth connection issues as well, like it gets disconnected randomly, button on the side works weirdly. like, sometimes it stops the audio in the meeting on one press.battery life is also so-so. horrible

sound clarity and mic clarity, not good unnecessarily. I need to disconnect the device and reconnect it. I am also using the earbuds provided by you, but still no effect. The product is good, but the problem is with the size and the Mic and speaker quality if it is a adjustable one, so I can be adjusting it with the size of my head battery life is also a bit poor. It is taking long time for charging, but discharging very fast. But still, I consider it has a value for money.

Product is good. Good sound quality and comfortable to wear. Charging is also good. There is no Noise cancellation in Mic so there is little disturbance while attending phone calls in crowded places.Suitable for daily long time use as it's open ear there is no pain in ears.

I would have returned this but returns are replaced with the exact same replacement. Waste of money.The mic is literally non-existent. Its like talking from deep inside a well. The volume management is also a disaster. Even at 100% volume, you can barely hear songs unless you are in a quiet environmentPlease spend a little more and get a better headphone
