Kids are only kids for a short time. My son is 11, five feet tall and 95 lbs. The size 12 fits perfect. He likes to annoy everyone in the outfit lol.

The zipper is terrible. I thought I’d have to send it back, but my husband used brute force to get the zipper to work. I spent 10 minutes zipping up and down to see if the zipper would eventually work smoothly. It helped just enough to be able to get it on and off my kiddo but it’s still so hard to pull up and down. The rest of the astronaut suit is pretty decent quality.
